A written Service Agreement will be developed with each participant (or their nominee), outlining the specific supports to be delivered, associated costs, responsibilities, and service timeframes.
Participants (or their nominees) agree to: Provide accurate and up-to-date information Treat staff with courtesy and respect Inform us of any changes to their NDIS plan or goals Provide adequate notice for cancellations or changes

Services may be ended by either party with [insert notice period, e.g., 14 days] written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious misconduct, safety concerns, or breach of agreement.
While we aim to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from service provision. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in dispute.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
